CEO for Bengtssons – Lead a successful business with professionalism and drive!

Bengtssons is an established company with a strong market position and a long tradition of quality and customer focus. We are now looking for an engaged and business-driven CEO who wants to lead and develop our operations into the future.

About the role:

As CEO at Bengtssons, you have overall responsibility for the company's operational and strategic work. You lead the organization with a focus on profitability, high customer satisfaction, and continued development. The role includes both strategic and operational work, with a clear focus on driving the business forward and ensuring that business goals are met.

Main responsibilities:

· Independently responsible for the total operations

· Budget and financial responsibility

· Overall personnel responsibility, including recruitment of new employees

· Develop and improve financial management

· Manage government contacts and represent the company externally

· Drive and develop business strategies with a focus on profitability

We are looking for someone who has:

· Experience as a leader with personnel responsibility

· Previously had financial responsibility for a business

· Experience in sales

· Negotiation skills and a business-oriented approach

· Relevant educational background

· A valid driver's license (B)

Knowledge and skills:

· Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

· Understanding of business economics and financial management

· Good IT skills and the ability to use modern business support

You are analytical, structured, and have the ability to lead and inspire your team. With your responsiveness and decisiveness, you drive the company forward and have a clear focus on profitability. We prefer that you live nearby to be present in the operations.
